About Chef Dave
Chef Dave’s belief that a healthy relationship with food is a key to a happy existence will be a guiding principle to nourish us… his signature GrateFULL meals rooted in the belief that fresh seasonal produce, ethically raised animals, wild game, foraged mushrooms, heirloom wheat & rice grown in wind-blown fields, are all products to be savored. Our relationship with these elements of nature as food has a direct impact on the health of our mind and body, as well as all living creatures on earth. We focus on sustainability and carefully consider the way we dispose of every product we use and how our materials affect the planet. We cook and eat mindFULLy by increasing our awareness, love, and gratitude for all the food we prepare and consume. More about Chef Dave HERE.
About Andre
Andre Ignacio Dimapilis is a Filipinx-American culture-bearing performance artist, facilitator, and peaceful warrior. Andre’s journey with the didgeridoo started with concert and artistic performances. Then, evolved into communicating with divine spirit with setting intentions during ritual, ceremony, and spiritual work in New York City. Andre will infuse ancestral wisdom and indigenous knowledge for participants to listen and be intuitive as they experience sacred sound vibrations. His connection with the ancestors comes from the indigenous Filipinx cultural practice called Kapwa. Kapwa is the practice of, “the Shared Self” - being one with the connection of the human spirit. To feel. To see. To acknowledge the humanity within one another. Kapwa is the essence that Andre brings, to listen and creatively collaborate, to build community and create relationships to rise and uplift each other, as he facilitates sound ceremony with the didgeridoo.
